Tacos are a staple in many homes. Hard taco shells are easily a more tastier taco shell than soft taco shells. The variations of tortillas widely available for purchase consist of soft corn tortillas, hard shell store bought corn tortillas, or soft flour tortillas which are all awesome. But what if you want the best of both worlds, a semi-custom option? This is the absolute best recipe for hard taco shells and all you need are store bought soft corn tortillas.

Imagine a warm semi chewy, semi crunchy shell, that taste fresh and wont rip when you stuff all of your taco ingredients inside. And to top if off, you have the option of adding salt and cheese to the outside of the shell to make your taste buds explode.

If you want to take your Taco Tuesdays to the next level, you absolutely need to make these hard taco shells by following the recipe below.
